No hosts yet. Add the local Docker socket, or store a Portainer credential and import its endpoints.
Portainer credentials
One credential can serve many hosts: store it once, then Import endpoints creates one host per Portainer endpoint.

Profiles
A profile picks the login set a container mounts — the volume that carries the
agent login, its history and its plugins — and overlays env, secrets and settings on top.
The first container of a new set runs
/login once; every later container with the same
set is already logged in. A container without a profile keeps the host-wide login volume.
These are the defaults every host inherits. A host can override any of them
(Hosts → Edit → Overrides).
